The space should be fully serviced, with the lessor providing utilities, janitorial services, basic cable, high-speed internet, security and CCTV system monitoring, and maintenance. The space should also have specific features such as soundproofing, luxury vinyl tile, acoustical ceiling panels, and a flagpole. The lessor will be responsible for designing, providing equipment, installing, maintaining, and completing software updates for the security system and other systems.
