Description
The City of Sandersville is seeking bids for a new mobile office trailer for the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) department. The trailer should be a 30’ x 12’ unit with three offices, 10’ x 12’ each, and should be constructed with metal roofing, metal siding, and metal front landings with steps. It should also have an HVAC system that heats and cools the entire unit efficiently. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and setting up the unit, as well as ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations.
• The mobile office trailer should be maintenance-free and have hurricane-style tie downs installed.
• The contractor should verify all quantities and measurements prior to bidding.
• The bid should include all costs of labor and materials, including delivery to the point of destination.
• The City of Sandersville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and act in the best interest of the City.
• The contractor should provide a lump sum bid amount, expected start date, and other required information.
