The Indian Health Service (IHS) Pine Ridge Service Unit seeks a firm‑fixed‑price, performance‑based contract to provide up to three full‑time‑equivalent (FTE) Ultrasound Technologist services at the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital. The contractor must staff qualified, ARDMS‑eligible technologists, ensure diagnostic‑quality imaging, and optionally support radiography duties. The award will be made using a Lowest‑Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation; the contract includes a base period of four years with up to ten optional extension periods.
