Event-NCSHP TROOP H HEADQUARTERS CLEANING SERVICES – MONROE NC

The State Highway Patrol is seeking bids for comprehensive janitorial services, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning, as well as major maintenance services for their headquarters in Monroe, NC. The contract term is one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. Vendors must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required services. • The services include cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas, as well as maintenance of floors, carpets, and other surfaces. • Vendors must provide their own equipment and supplies, including chemicals, disposable products, and cleaning equipment. • The contract requires a mandatory site visit on May 14, 2026, and vendors must submit their bids through the Sourcing Tool by May 21, 2026. • The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with one or more vendors. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the best value to the State, based on factors such as price, quality of services, and vendor experience.
