Comprehensive Campus Master Planning

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a consultant team to develop a comprehensive Campus Master Plan that will guide the university's campus development in support of its strategic plan. The plan should include assessments of space utilization, facility conditions, and growth strategies, as well as recommendations for enhancements to the campus experience, transportation, and mobility planning. The selected team will work collaboratively with the university to develop a plan that responds to emerging trends in higher education and integrates with existing master planning studies. • The plan should include a decision framework for renovation, replacement, or disposal decisions. • The plan should assess the hierarchy of campus zones and create a matrix of future suitable uses for each zone. • The plan should recommend enhancements to existing outdoor learning and socialization environments. • The plan should recommend enhancements to further enrich the student experience and/or address gaps in services, resources, or other student-centered spaces. • The plan should recommend enhancements to further strengthen the "town-gown" connections between campus and the local community.
