Northern Landfill Cell 3 Stormwater Diversion Berm Removal

The project consists of the removal of the existing Cell 3 stormwater diversion berm and associated stormwater conveyance piping, restoration of landfill liner, geosynthetics, and landfill protective cover aggregate, removal of two associated stormwater conveyance culverts, and restoration of protective cover aggregate, cover soils, and vegetation. The contractor must submit a bid that includes the cost of the work, and the bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check.
