Description
The DeKalb County School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide legal services for the DeKalb County Board of Education. The services shall include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide services in accordance with the requirements of this RFP.
• The RFP is for contracts, real estate, and transactional legal services.
• The district is looking for vendors who can provide legal services, including depositions and expert witness testimony.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years.
• The district reserves the right to make multiple awards.
• Vendors must register as a vendor on the district's website and submit their proposals electronically.
• The deadline for submitting questions is March 13, 2026, and the deadline for submitting proposals is March 26, 2026.
