Description
The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans is seeking a vendor-hosted/cloud-based Customer Information System (CIS) software and services to replace its current CIS system. The new system should include software, hardware specifications, implementation, and project management. The scope of work includes creation and maintenance of customer profiles, linking accounts to location addresses and meters, handling account transfers, closures, and updates, integration with SmartMeter, and data analytics. The contract period is five years, and the proposal prices should be firm and include all shipping and delivery costs.
• The proposal should include a detailed technical proposal, cost proposal, and attachments.
• The proposer should provide a staffing plan, ongoing support services, and client references.
• The proposer should also provide a subscription and maintenance agreement, exceptions and deviations, and an economically disadvantaged business program participation.
• The Board expects the proposer to use their best efforts to meet the DBE goals, and failure to complete and submit the DBE forms will render the bid non-responsive.
