The U.S. Army is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide semi‑annual preventative maintenance, inspection, and over‑and‑above repair services for the Rocket Motor Inspection System (RMIS) Cabinet X‑ray machine at Letterkenny Munitions Center. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five‑year ordering period, a minimum value of $5,000 and a maximum ceiling of $345,000. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, equipment, and parts, and will be evaluated on technical approach, past performance, and price. Two CLINs are defined: (1) routine preventative maintenance (firm‑fixed‑price) and (2) over‑and‑above labor and parts (pre‑negotiated rates).
