Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking capability statements from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) and other small businesses for a Call Detail Recording Project. The project requires the provision of call-detail reports and dashboards for approximately 2800 devices using Cisco Unified Communications Manager. The contractor shall provide features such as call history reporting, capacity utilization, and CDR notification alerts. The period of performance will be 12 months from the date of award with 4 option years.
Key requirements include:
• Providing 911 calls report and abandoned calls report
• Providing hunt group based report and multi-direction extension or caller ID searching
• Providing a list of dormant extensions, phones, and end users within Cisco Unified Communications Manager
• Providing support with initial installation and configuration of the system
• Providing training for technical end users of the system
• Providing ongoing customer support for the system
