Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $10,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose the contract value. Based on typical costs for a modular sterile‑processing department (approximately 10,000–15,000 sq ft) in a regional hospital, construction budgets in New York range from $5 M to $10 M, depending on site conditions, finish levels, and equipment integration. Assuming standard modular unit pricing and the 180‑day schedule, the likely award amount falls within that range.
