Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking professional design services for a project consisting of adding an interior wall to make office space/work area in the Des Moines metro area. The successful proposal must provide design services, including all disciplines necessary to complete the scope of work, and must be able to commence work upon execution of a contract. The project includes minor demolishing, new electrical and mechanical work, and HVAC modification. The selected firm will be required to provide a lump sum price for the base scope of work and a unit price for construction inspection visits.
