NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE-Bentley Enterprise Public Sector 365 Subscription

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to Bentley Systems, Inc. for an Enterprise Public Sector 365 subscription, training, and support services. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months, with two option years. The USACE is seeking a suite of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Computer Aided Design (CAD)/Building Information Modeling (BIM) software products that are compatible with the current software. The selected vendor will provide unrestricted access to Bentley's comprehensive portfolio of applications, software updates, and 24/7/365 technical support. • The contract includes 100 days of on-site training per year. • The vendor shall supply the deliverables listed in the statement of work. • The contract includes a Bentley LEARN subscription, which provides unlimited live training and on-demand training. • The contract applies to all Army organizations and associated personnel, including the Army National Guard and Reserves. • The vendor shall provide invoices in accordance with FAR 32.905(b).
