On-Call Plumbing Services and Repairs for Butte County Facilities

The County of Butte is seeking a firm or firms to perform On-Call Plumbing Services and Repairs for Butte County Facilities. The selected respondent will be required to enter into a contract with the County for the services requested in this RFP within a reasonable time after award. The contract will include terms appropriate for this project, such as completion of services within the timeframe provided, no additional work authorized without prior written approval, and minimum appropriate insurance requirements. The scope of work includes on-call plumbing services, maintenance, and repair for approximately eighty (80) County-owned and leased facilities located throughout Butte County. Some key services include emergency response, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems and components, water heater repair or replacement, and backflow prevention device repair or replacement. • Emergency response within 2 hours of notification • Maintenance and repair of plumbing systems and components • Water heater repair or replacement • Backflow prevention device repair or replacement • Camera inspection services for plumbing systems • Water line repairs • Sewer line clearing and emergency blockage removal • Manufacturer warranty services and repairs
