Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for elevator maintenance and repair services for the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System (ELMHS). The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The successful bidder will be required to provide monthly maintenance fees for several elevators, as well as emergency callbacks and repairs.
• The contract includes maintenance for multiple elevators, including Montgomery and Otis passenger elevators.
• Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM) and must include a copy of their license with their bid.
• A site visit is mandatory for all bidders, and failure to comply will eliminate the bid from award consideration.
• The bid prices must include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination, and payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery.
