Education Abroad Office- Cloud-based Software Platform

New Mexico State University’s Education Abroad Office is seeking a vendor to design, implement, and support a cloud‑based software platform that will replace its current stand‑alone Education Abroad system. The solution must integrate with existing institutional systems (e.g., Ellucian Banner), support data migration from the legacy system, preserve existing URL structures and SEO value, and provide robust reporting, security, and FERPA compliance. The contract will be a ten‑year award (three‑year base period with up to seven one‑year extensions) and will be evaluated on functional capability, integration, compliance, security, and implementation plan; cost is evaluated separately. • Provide a modular, SaaS platform for applicant lifecycle management, program catalog, and reporting. • Ensure seamless integration with Banner (or equivalent API) and SSO (SAML 2.0). • Migrate ~300 annual applicants and legacy data while preserving URLs/SEO; include a detailed migration and training plan. • Deliver a secure, SOC 2 Type 2‑compliant environment with disaster‑recovery, FERPA protection, and ongoing support throughout the contract term.
