The USDA is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilets and handwash stations for the Gila National Forest. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and servicing the units at various locations within the forest. The contract is expected to last for 153 days, from April 1, 2026, to September 29, 2026. The contractor must provide standard size, industrial-quality portable toilets and handwash units that meet local, state, and federal health regulations. The units must be delivered clean and in working order, and the contractor must service them at least three times per week to ensure sanitation is adequate and supply is sufficient.
• Portable toilets must have a wall-mounted urinal and bench-style toilet with seat and closing lid, a locking mechanism accessible from the inside of the unit door, a multi-roll toilet paper dispenser, and a wall-mounted hand sanitizer dispenser.
• Handwash units must have two basins with two spigots and one foot-operated pump per basin, a tank capacity of at least 20 gallons of potable water and 20 gallons of grey water, and one soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser for every two basins.
The contractor must also provide a point of contact for each location and ensure that the units are secured to prevent upset by wind or weather.
The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical approach, price, and past performance. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that represents the best value to the Government.
