Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive rental‑service program for protective clothing and related operational supplies to its Ventura Area Office. The contractor will deliver, clean, replace, and manage uniforms, coveralls, mats, towels, mopheads, and related items on a weekly basis, handling initial sizing, logo application, and ongoing resizing at no extra cost to CHP. The contract runs for a three‑year term starting September 2026, with strict performance, quality, insurance, and compliance requirements, including driver‑license checks and state‑mandated preference programs.
• Provide weekly delivery, pickup, laundering, and replacement of uniforms, coveralls, mats, towels, and mopheads.
• Conduct initial sizing, logo/tag application, and unlimited resizing/replacement at no charge.
