Harris Central Appraisal District (HCAD) is seeking one or more staffing agencies to provide qualified temporary personnel for seasonal administrative functions such as clerical processing, data entry, technical assistance, document preparation, and taxpayer navigation. The vendor will act as the employer of record, handling all payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance with labor laws.
