The City of Pensacola, together with its Community Redevelopment Agency, is seeking a qualified firm to provide Development Feasibility Advisory Services for the Baptist Hospital Legacy Campus redevelopment. The firm will act as the prime planning and financial feasibility consultant, delivering a master plan, financial models, and implementation strategies that incorporate mandatory community‑engagement input. The scope covers site analysis, market demand studies, zoning and regulatory review, infrastructure assessment, and the preparation of an implementable development plan with a financial framework for a mixed‑income, mixed‑use project.
