Description
The City of Columbus is seeking a vendor to provide Caterpillar OEM Parts for the City's vehicles and equipment. The contract will be in effect through September 30, 2028. Bidders are required to submit a firm, fixed discount to the listed prices for each standard published price list(s) catalog. The City may purchase any item or group of like items in the catalog and/or price list from the successful bidder after a purchase order for the listed items is issued.
• The bidder must provide an outline of its experience and work history in supplying Caterpillar OEM Parts for the past five years.
• The bidder must submit references from four separate contracts, consisting of projects of a similar scope, complexity, and cost.
• The bidder must state any minimum quantity required for delivery.
• The bidder must provide Price List(s), Catalog(s), and/or Web Site Login once a contract is awarded.
• The bidder must work with the City to implement a catalog/price list in the City's “E-Catalog” system.
