The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is requesting a price quote for the item(s) listed below: 50 each Getac - Part#: FTA724JA1MXX, 50 each vehicle adapter, and 50 each docking station. The vendor will be held to the requirements of F.O.B. Destination as set forth in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Terms and Conditions. The vendor may quote shipping costs, but it must be listed on a separate line item in the quote. Key requirements include:
• Delivery lead-time with quote submission
• Compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act
• Certification for NDAA compliance if substituting from original equipment
• No use of certain telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment from specific companies
