Replace OR Air Handler AHU-1 UH at Community Campus (30)

The work of this single bid project includes the installation of a new Chiller and temporary air handler, replacement of the existing air handler serving the Operating Rooms and associated duct and piping work. Plans will be available after May 26, 2026, through Syracuse Blueprint (315-476-4084 & www.syracuseblueprint.com ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for June 2, 2026, at 10:00AM. Meeting at the Community General Hospital.Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
