TELERADIOLOGY PHYSICIAN SERVICES

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide teleradiology physician services. The purpose of this modification is to incorporate VAAR 852.327-70 to the solicitation and provide an updated PWS. The contractor will be required to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per instance and $3,000,000 aggregate annual. The contractor will also be required to provide certificates of insurance or insurance policies evidencing the required insurance coverage. • The contractor must be an independent contractor and not an employee of the government. • The contractor must maintain professional liability insurance during the term of the contract. • The contractor must provide certificates of insurance or insurance policies evidencing the required insurance coverage. • The contractor must notify the contracting officer within 5 days of becoming aware of a change in insurance providers during the performance period of the contract.
