Description
The Municipality of Anchorage’s Public Transportation Department is seeking a qualified vendor to replace aging surveillance cameras across multiple transit locations and migrate the video management system from MxManagement to Milestone XProtect. The work includes installing new interior dome and exterior fixed cameras, upgrading wiring and conduit, installing recording servers, and providing a functional system ready for live monitoring and video playback. The project is budget‑capped at $90,000 and must be completed under the municipality’s existing network and security protocols.
• Replace and install new high‑resolution cameras (1080p interior, ≥5 MP exterior) at seven specified transit sites.
• Migrate all existing camera feeds to the Milestone XProtect VMS, configure recording servers, and integrate with municipal IT controls.
• Perform wiring, conduit, and mounting work, conduct system testing, and deliver a complete functionality report.
