TELERADIOLOGY PHYSICIAN SERVICES REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors regarding their capability to provide teleradiology support services nationwide. The National Teleradiology Program requires a contractor to provide Board Certified Radiology Physician Services, including interpretations of imaging examinations such as CT scans, general radiographic procedures, ultrasound studies, and magnetic resonance imaging. The contractor must have an existing national MOU/ISA with the VHA to allow for providing teleradiology services that conform to all security requirements. • The contractor shall provide interpretations of imaging examinations consistent with The Joint Commission and American College of Radiology Guidelines. • The contractor shall have a pool of board-certified radiologists to meet the workload demands. • The contractor shall provide services on a per procedure basis annually, with an estimated quantity of procedures listed in the document. • The contractor shall have experience supporting high-volume large-scale health systems and organizations in teleradiology. • The contractor shall have the resources and capability to receive a net 30 payment from the Government.
