Description
The Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center is seeking bids for a maintenance service contract for autoclaves and sterilizers. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder must provide a total bid price that includes all costs and any fees. The contract may be extended for 4 additional 12-month periods, not exceeding 60 months in total.
• The contract requires the service provider to perform all requirements in strict observance of and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, codes, and other legislative or statutory requirements.
• The service provider must obtain all permits and licenses and pay all taxes, charges, and fees necessary to perform the services under this contract.
• The contract includes provisions for contract renewal, cancellation, and termination.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to civil rights, and must not discriminate in its employment practices.
• The contractor must also comply with federal clauses, including the Anti-Kickback Act and the Clean Air Act.
