Description
The Maryland Health Care Commission is seeking a Master Contractor to provide PDQ Connect, a cloud-based software for managing Windows devices remotely. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) if requested. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the state reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. The evaluation criteria include authorized reseller, price, and digital delivery of PDQ Connect licenses.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contractor must furnish all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or to be subject to in connection with the products or services provided under this PORFP.
