Atlantic County, New Jersey is seeking a cloud‑hosted electronic bidding platform to replace its current paper‑based procurement process. The platform must be hosted on dedicated servers or a FedRAMP‑moderate cloud environment, meet NIST‑level security standards, and remain operational for a five‑year contract term (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2031).
