Charlotte Water is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide Construction Administration & Inspection Miscellaneous Services for the Mallard Creek Water Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WWRF) Solids Handling Improvement Project. The selected vendor will oversee construction activities, perform inspections, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage quality‑control documentation throughout the project’s life‑cycle. The solicitation includes mandatory insurance requirements (automobile liability, professional liability, general liability, and workers’ compensation) and anticipates a total project value between $1,000,000 and $4,999,999. The contract will remain in effect until the project is fully completed. • Provide construction administration, inspection, and QA/QC oversight for solids‑handling upgrades. • Maintain required insurance coverages as specified. • Work under a “through project completion” contract term with a budget of $1‑5 million.
