Nicolet iN10 and iZ10 Spectrometers

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance service for the Nicolet iN10 and iZ10 Spectrometers. The contractor will be responsible for providing one scheduled annual preventative maintenance visit, as well as unlimited on-demand on-site repair visits with a maximum of 3 business day response time. The contractor will also provide necessary parts, technical support, and software updates to maintain the equipment. The contract is for a period of one year, with two optional 12-month extension periods. • The contractor must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or have a direct relationship with the OEM to provide warranty services. • The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and other items necessary to perform the preventative maintenance service. • The contractor must perform the services in accordance with the OEM requirements and standards. • The contractor must provide a preventative maintenance service report and repair service maintenance reports as required. • The contractor must provide technical support to assist TRF personnel with minor repair and method development.
