Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from contractors that can provide Mobile MRI Trailer Preventive Maintenance and Repairs for the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to conduct Preventive Maintenance & Repair Services for the government-owned equipment. The scope of work includes quarterly and annual preventive maintenance checks, routine repairs, and emergency call-back service. The contractor must have a comprehensive inventory of parts and components for all equipment covered under the contract.
• The contractor will be required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs for the mobile MRI trailer, including the HVAC/Chiller system, lift gate, roller door, MR door, emergency generator/ATS, electrical system, and miscellaneous components.
• The contractor must obtain all necessary licenses and/or permits required to perform this work.
• The contractor shall take all reasonable precautions necessary to protect persons and property from injury or damage during the performance of this contract.
• The contractor must respond only to calls for service placed by the VA Facilities Management/Engineering Service Maintenance & Operations (M&O) section, Chief, Facilities Management/Engineering, or Contracting Officer.
