Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide 6 Dell Pro 16 Plus laptops to replace antiquated systems used by a special unit. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract will be awarded to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and evaluation factors. Key requirements include:
• Providing the requested equipment and support services
• Being authorized by the manufacturer or distributor to provide services
• Providing an MSRP sheet and a Mercury Affidavit
• Meeting the delivery requirements and providing proof of delivery
• Complying with the security requirements and invoicing instructions
