Janitorial Svc D11 Office

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Department of Highways, District 11 Office and Materials Lab. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the facilities, including offices, meeting rooms, break rooms, and restrooms. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with optional renewal periods. The contractor must provide a bid that includes the price for the services, as well as information about their experience and qualifications. • The contractor will be required to clean the facilities four nights a week, Monday through Thursday, after 4:00 pm. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor will be required to have liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of all employees who will be working on the contract, as well as their contact information. • The contractor will be required to have a representative available to answer questions and address concerns during business hours.
