Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting encampment services for JROTC cadets and cadre supporting JCLC South Grand Prairie High School from June 8-11, 2026. The services include providing meals, lodging, facility usage, and training and program fees. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, responsive quote received from a responsible offeror. The contractor must provide all necessary services and equipment to support the JCLC camp.
• The contractor must provide meals, lodging, and facility usage for 130 cadets and 30 cadre.
• The contractor must provide training and program fees, including leadership skills training and citizenship building exercises.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for all services and equipment.
