Description
The Hart County Board of Education is seeking a Construction Professional (CP) to provide services for the construction of a new Bobby Pate Fieldhouse, replacement of the field turf at Herndon Stadium, and installation of a new scoreboard. The project includes a 17,040 square foot, two-story fieldhouse with various amenities such as locker rooms, showers, training rooms, and a weight room. The field turf replacement and scoreboard installation are also part of the project scope. The CP will be responsible for preconstruction services, construction management, and ensuring the project is completed within the budget and schedule.
