Description
The State of South Carolina, Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking bids for a KnowBe4 Security & Compliance Training Subscription. The subscription should comply with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions. The maximum contract period is estimated to be from 02/18/2026 to 02/17/2029. The bidder must provide the unit price for a three-year term and multiply it by the quantity to obtain the extended price. The bidder must also answer questions regarding US End-Product Preference, SC Resident Vendor Preference, and SC Resident Contractor Preference.
• The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Subscription Diamond for 4,001 users is required.
• The KnowBe4 Compliance Plus Subscription for 4,001 users is required.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations.
• The bidder must maintain an accounting system with supporting fiscal records.
• The bidder must provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of authorized representatives.
• The bidder must not publish or copyright any data without prior approval.
The State has the right to all working papers, reports, charts, programs, and other material during the course of this RFP.
