Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking quotes for the provision and installation of currency counter scanners and coin sorters. The selected vendor will be required to provide new equipment, free from defects, and ensure that all products meet applicable federal and state safety regulations. The vendor must also comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and ensure that all subcontractors are registered as vendors in the County's Vendor Self Service system.
• The quote must include a detailed description of the equipment and services to be provided, as well as the price and any applicable discounts.
• The vendor must certify that it has not been placed on the discriminatory vendor list and that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The County reserves the right to reject any quote that does not meet the requirements of the solicitation.
