The City of Casper is budgeting FY27 funds for a multi‑phased design‑and‑preliminary‑construction project to replace aging surface‑water filtration components at its treatment plant. The scope includes removal and replacement of filter media, underdrains, troughs, and evaluation of an air‑scour system to replace the existing spray‑arm backwash method.
