Description
The Utica Community Schools is seeking proposals for the provision of Food Service Products. The school district is looking for a contractor to provide food service products, and the contractor must comply with various regulations, including the Buy American Certification and Executive Order 11246. The contractor must also provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the school district's board of education or superintendent, as well as an affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• The contractor must provide a domestic commodity or product as defined in 7 CFR 210.21.
• The contractor must comply with Executive Order 11246, entitled “Equal Employment Opportunity,” as amended by Executive Order 11375.
• The contractor must provide a sworn and notarized disclosure statement regarding any familial relationship with the school district's board of education or superintendent.
• The contractor must provide an affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
