Description
The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) is seeking a vendor to upgrade 22 R8000 series service monitors to the R8100 model standard. The upgrade includes mechanical, RF, and software enhancements, along with a new warranty and optional service plan. The vendor will provide all labor, parts, logistics, and warranty coverage. Units will be upgraded in batches to minimize downtime. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total.
• The upgrade must be completed by or before June 30, 2026.
• The vendor must provide certified technicians and a project manager for coordination.
• The vendor must manage shipping, tracking, and insurance.
• The vendor must provide weekly progress updates and optional training and documentation.
• The vendor must provide a minimum 2-year warranty on upgraded units and optional 5-year service plan.
• The vendor must provide technical support with 24-hour response and repair/replacement within 10 business days.
