Annual Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Services

The Alachua County Facilities Management Department is seeking qualified, licensed, and experienced proposers to provide continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Services throughout County-owned facilities, on an as-needed basis. The selected Proposer(s) will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the services described in the Scope of Services. The resulting contract will be administered in accordance with the pricing and delivery structure identified in this solicitation and will support the County’s commitment to safety, quality workmanship, cost control, and operational continuity. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing professional Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services • Ensuring timely maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of building systems • Supporting daily operations, life safety functions, public services, and regulatory compliance • Maintaining the safety, reliability, and operational performance of building systems • Ensuring uninterrupted service and long-term asset preservation
