Description
The Nevada Department of Public Safety is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Human Performance and Leadership Development Professional Services. The selected consultant will work with agency stakeholders to provide insight, tools, and guidance to support the development of future organizational leaders and role models. The scope of work includes organizational insight and workforce development, organizational change and strategic continuity, professional development and leadership readiness, research and evaluation, and specialized and collaborative initiatives. The project is expected to last for one year, with a deadline for submissions on April 7, 2026.
