Description
The Montebello Unified School District is seeking experienced firms to provide comprehensive and professional chiller and boiler maintenance services at various sites. The scope of work includes performing annual maintenance to chillers, air handlers, and cooling towers, as well as bi-annual maintenance to pneumatic air compressors and annual maintenance to boilers. The successful bidder will be required to provide a detailed scope of work, experience, and qualifications, and will be evaluated based on pricing, experience, and small business enterprise participation.
• The maintenance services will be performed at various sites, including Suva Intermediate School, ATC, SHS, and LMI.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and materials to complete the work.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest price.
• The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to negotiate separately with any bidder.
