APM Terminals Request for Proposals for Zero-Emission Electric Forklifts (8,000 lbs) at the Port of Los Angeles

The APM Terminals is requesting proposals for the manufacture and delivery of seven battery-electric, 8,000 pound forklifts in support of their EPA funded terminal electrification project. The project aims to deploy zero-emission port equipment at the Port of Los Angeles. The proposals should be submitted through APMT’s e-procurement tool, Keelvar. The proposers should provide battery-electric technologies and should not include hydrogen fuel cell technologies. • The project is part of the EPA Clean Ports Program, which focuses on deploying zero emissions port equipment at the Port of Los Angeles. • The proposals should be submitted by 18th May 2026. • The questions regarding the RFP should be sent by 30th April 2026. • The proposers should return the acknowledgement of participation with contact information to [email protected] to gain access to the RFP documentation.
