Description
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations (BESO) is seeking to procure portable x-ray systems. The systems must include a 14”x17” HD Narrow Margin DR Imager, Mil-Grade Controller, Advanced Long Range Wireless Communications, Wired Communications, Backpack, Accessories, and SmartRay Vision EOD Software. The systems must be delivered within 8 weeks after receipt of the purchase order. The awarded vendor shall contact Sgt Timothy Dolena at 717-773-2885 no less than 7 business days prior to the delivery to coordinate the delivery of the item.
• The procurement is for 2 portable x-ray systems.
• The systems must be fully factory assembled and duty ready.
• The vendor must submit a Manufacturers Authorization Letter if they are not the original manufacturer of the equipment.
• The vendor must provide a 2-year system warranty and 1-year battery warranty.
