Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Moore has a requirement to contract accommodations for the 194th Armored Brigade, Atlanta hotels holiday block leave mission to support Trainee Soldiers going home for the holidays. The requirement is for hotel room rentals with 3 king beds and 50 double beds, bathrooms, and showers for the period of performance dates 18-20 December 2024 and 2-4 January 2025, within the Atlanta airport Gateway Center campus with SkyTrain Station access. Group military discount rates apply.
• The contractor must provide hotel room rentals for US Army service members supporting Fort Moore Holiday Block Leave "Airport Detail".
• The contractor must organize the travel of Basic Trainees to their leave destination at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
• The contractor must provide accommodations within the Atlanta airport Gateway Center campus with SkyTrain Station access.
• The contractor must offer group military discount rates.
