Description
The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) is seeking quotes for the replacement of 16 Morse Watchman key boxes with new electronic key cabinets that have card reader and/or biometric capabilities. The new key cabinets should be installed in various locations across the campus. The contractor will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of the new key cabinets. The software used should meet WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. The contractor should provide a detailed description of their qualifications, experience, and approach to the project, including a technical response, installation plan, and warranty and support information.
• The contractor should have experience in software and installation services of similar size and scope.
• The contractor should provide a detailed description of their proposed lock box system, including product specifications and access control features.
• The contractor should provide a schedule of maintenance services and a cost for regular maintenance.
• The contractor should provide a warranty of at least 24 months.
• The contractor should provide training in software and usage of the system.
