Description
The City of Dunwoody is soliciting proposals for the removal and replacement of the existing Pour-In-Place (PIP) playground safety surface at Windwood Hollow Park. The project includes demolition of the existing PIP surface, installation of a new PIP system, removal of existing plastic playground borders, and installation of new concrete curbing. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience installing PIP playground surfacing and provide references for at least three similar projects completed within the last five years.
• The project location is Windwood Hollow Park, 4865 Lakeside Drive, Dunwoody, GA 30360.
• The approximate surface area is 6,750 square feet.
• The existing PIP surface must be removed and replaced with a new PIP system meeting or exceeding ASTM, CPSC, and ADA requirements.
• The contractor must conduct field testing upon completion and provide written certification of compliance.
