Notice Of Intent to Single Source - OPTO 22

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source contract to OPTO 22 for the procurement of Universal Monitoring and Control (UMAC) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Edge Programmable Industrial Controller (EPIC) Pre-Configured Processors. The requirement is for a specific processor, the GRV-EPIC-PR2, which includes non-standard modifications not available in the commercial off-the-shelf version.
